MY MISSION

My mission as a Somatic Movement and Holistic Life Coach is to make my services accessible to as many people as possible. I believe every person has inside of them the power to find their peace and heal their life. I believe that there is always a need for more learning, growing, and healing. 

I am excited to get to work with individuals, couples, families, new parents, and parents-to-be. I specialize in facilitating a path to emotional healing for those who may have experienced childhood wounding, CPTSD, PTSD and burnout. I believe that Emotional Intelligence Education is the key to this emotional healing and to living a productive and enjoyable life. I am equally excited to make this available to those who just need a little guidance while sorting things out in life, including finances, relationships, career goals and any other area of life that can be difficult to navigate. 

This journey IS for everyone and should be available to everyone! Most importantly, my mission is to facilitate this journey for those who cannot afford to pay for sessions.
