• 27 years of experience working in a management position in sales and customer service where I utilized skills to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with staff, associates and customers.

• Trauma Informed - I have had the experience of healing from PTSD, work and caregiver burnout and childhood wounding. 
• Ongoing research and studies- I have researched and studied mindfulness, emotional intelligence, somatic movement, yoga, nutrition, and other topics involved with healing trauma and chronic pain, including courses on working with trauma and the fear of abandonment. I have had over 60 practical hours guiding research clients (including couples) on their growth journey before and during certification. 
• I have created budgeting tools and strategies that help meet financial goals with a solid budget. 
• I am currently taking courses in Clinical Somatics and will be certified to teach Clinical Somatics within the next 6-12 months. 
• I am passionate and confident in the work I do.

I offer coaching sessions via zoom and in person. In 2025 my goal is to offer all services virtually.

The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.
