About me
My Background
My name is Kathleen and I’m excited to share my journey with you! Sacred Balance was born from my own journey to healing from PTSD/Complex-PTSD and Work Burnout. I had to learn how to heal the physical and emotional pain that came with them. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge and tools I have gained along the way and to guide you on your healing journey. I am a certified in Sacred Somatics: The Method and specialize in facilitating guidance for Emotional Energy release. I am also a Holistic Life Coach. I am currently studying to be certified for Clinical Somatics. Much of my training has come from my own personal experience. Years of research on mental health, wellness, nutrition, mindfulness, emotional intelligence and their connection to the body have brought me here to guide others on their journey to their best life. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique goals.
My Philosophy
I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life and that every person has inside of them, the power to find their peace and heal their life. By identifying and working towards their goals, my clients are able to discover what is holding them back from uncovering and living in their purpose, realizing their potential and creating a fulfilling life.
My Services
I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, workshops for the workplace and group sessions. I offer coaching and Sacred Somatics sessions for individuals, couples and families in all stages of life, including premarital, and grief. These services are designed to provide my clients with guidance for uncovering, stepping into and living in authenticity and uncovering their life's purpose.
